Production of filter elements
JSC «EC «Teсhnohim» manufactured analogues and made the replacement of filter elements hydrogen-containing gas filter at the intake of the compressor of the benzene reformer.
Due to the lack of customer data on the type of filtering material, as well as on the separation and throughput of the filter element, the company’s specialists analyzed the spent filter element on the basis of the laboratory of JSC «EC «Technohim», measured the air permeability and separation properties of materials.
On the basis of the data obtained, a full analogue was proposed, which fully meets the quality indicators of the original.
To assess the characteristics of the filter elements, the specialists of JSC «EC «Technohim» carried out calculations of the filtration system parameters. The results obtained confirm full compliance with the required values.
